Anger Management is a class that teaches us skills to improve our stress management, anger management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
Here the adolescent learns how to handle stressful situations calmly and intelligently. Centered and focused on what he or she wants to resolve, the adolescent can easily find the solution for any problem in his or her life.
This improves communication with parents, siblings and friends, leading to improvement at school and better performance in all aspects of the adolescent's life.
How does it work?
Anger management intervention begins with the initial contact with the participant. In this initial contact we will talk about the participant’s needs and his or her personal and behavioral qualities that will be assessed through the Conover intake assessment.
The next step is to start the classes we recommend at least 12 classes to get the best you can from the program. For those who are mandated by the court, the number of classes to be attended will be assigned by the court.
